I went to check Engine light on my 2007 Toyota Sequoia on Tuesday (May 14, 2019). They arranged/made an appointment for my car to be repaired on Thursday May 16, 2019 and it should be done in 3 hours but i said i can pick it up the end of the day or whenever my sequoia is ready. I came in the shop at 10 am with my 2 kids and my wife, the receptionist lady in the shop seemed not know what she is doing, asked many dump questions such as: do you know where we ordered your parts????

I went in to see Ian on Wednesday when he refused to replace my starter because he couldn’t hear it struggle. My starter died on Thursday, Friday was a holiday and my car had to be towed, and Saturday I needed my car for work. The whole long weekend was stressful and expense as I paid $300 more than I would have if Ian had fixed it. When I called to let him know what happened, he didn't care, he just wanted off the phone. He told me to get BCAA to help reduce tow charges. He didn't care.
