I was happy with the service at Demexx until today. The yard manager refused to open a new palate of 2x6's. We only needed 4 2x6's that were not cracked and fairly straight. The lumber that was there was junk and he would not budge on opening the new palate. I'm sure if one of his buddies asked he would have gladly opened it, but being a woman I was not treated respectfully. We have spent alot of money on various products at Demexx but will not be returning and will not recommend this business.
Thanks to Rob for his honesty and integrity when dealing with me over the purchase of two pallets of paving stones. Through his appreciation of the Customer and his knowledge of upcoming sales, he convinced me to purchase enough for a large project. I only went in to spend $100, but by giving me the sale price early, I ended up spending $400. And he has made an advocate for his business. Well done and thanks again Rob. Customer Service will always determine the success of a business. And great Customer Service will ensure success
