Brutal service, went to initial appointment, was measured for orthotics . Gave $225 deposit and made appointment for fitting, was called a few days later to rebook as Aaron wouldn’t be available on our appointment date. Rebooked , was called a day before appointment to confirm and when I went to appointment there was nobody there. Called the main office, they said he was in another city that day! Asked for a refund of my deposit and was told nobody was available and to call back next week.

The two we dealt with in Comox were very unprofessional and we gave them every chance. Just don't listen and just don't care. Will never return.
