I made arrangements days in advance as i had a 2 hour drive to get there. On my arrival i was told they were unable to cut the lock off because of the type of lock used. They did not have access to a saw to cut it and refused me to supply them with one. I was told to come back another day which now means i am not only out the time and expense of making that trip but now i have to repeat the same time and expense to make the trip again. Might have been good if they had just took 2 min. To check.
