Yoga Spirit & Wellness is a welcoming and intimate studio designed to meet the needs of all levels of yoga enthusiasts – from gentle Yin and Hatha styles of yoga to invigorating power yoga. “Just come, move your body, feel good,” encourages co-owner Andrea. With a flexible schedule of classes running seven days a week, there’s something for everybody and every body.
The small, friendly classes at Yoga Spirit & Wellness max out at 15 participants and the environment is always supportive. “We’re not big-box yoga,” says Andrea, “…we’re a community that comes together to breathe and have fun.”
