    Unethical business practices = 2 stars! I was billed for twice the amount of the quote that was given to me verbally. He said the overcharge was due to unforeseen circumstances which I believe with 30 years experience you should be able to give a more accurate quote. He said he has never lost a court case so it is safe to say that this is a common practice to give low quotes to secure the job, then add on the unforeseen circumstances! Get your quote in writing!! Ps, his crew did a great job.
