I brought in 2 rings to be sized and was told it would take "7 to 10 days" for them to be returned. They did not provide me with the cost/estimate and walked away from me. When I called on day 11 inquiring as to the whereabouts of my wedding band and engagement ring, they were very nonchalant stating that maybe it would be there "later that day or maybe tomorrow, we never know." A little concerning that they don't have a process to track MY WEDDING SET.
