I got a loan from this location and they are horrible to deal with. I called the clerk to find out how much it would cost to pay the loan off and she told me the amount of the monthly payment. I specified I wanted to pay it off completely then she said she could not find that information because her computer was slow. I have yet to talk to a person that will give me the amount owing to pay off the loan fully. No decent business would allow its staff to act in such an unprofessional way.
