For anyone who ha...
For anyone who has eaten at Dynasty Chinese restaurant in St. Albert, I just want you all to know that not only was that one of the worst buffets I have had in ages, but the owner/waitress made a rude gesture in plain sight of myself towards our table while chatting with her staff. I handled it calmly and quietly by calling her out on it, but will not be going back and will spread the word that they were rude and insensitive to my handicapped sister-inlaw and her friends.
