This is by far the best jewelry store! Luc, the owner, has made us feel like family and designed a beautiful diamond bracelet for me. We have made many purchases and we trust their expertise completely.
I usually don't post reviews online as I don't have the time, but I honestly feel like this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you have the option to go to another jeweler do it. I brought in my almost brand new silver and diamond necklace to see if I could get money for it, not expecting much but at least expecting good customer service. The owner, yes owner, literally laughed under his breath and told me to donate it to value village. I could not have felt more unwelcome. I'm surprised they aren't out of business with their rude and superior attitude.
