I can't say enough good things about this clinic. As an owner of a cat who's only turning 6 years old this month but already has needed an eye removed, all of his teeth removed and he's currently on a feeding tube... They have been nothing but amazing for me. Dr. Stretch an his staff are all wonderful people and I'm very fortunate to have them. Very compassionate and I know compared to other clinics they have saved me a lot on money... I'm forever grateful.
When my cat got an abscess the other day I was able to get her in the same day and the staff was wonderful. I really enjoy how the staff explained the proceedures to me and accepted my input when I had some. I have taken all my cats there and I will continue to in the future. Plus it didn't cost an arm and a leg!
I am a show breeder of english bulldogs and have used Dr. Stretch's vet clinic (Spruce Grove Veterinary) for five years for c-sections, and general care, including surgery on a severe abcess on the top of a pup's head. Several times I've called them at 3 am on a weekend night with a bulldog in labour and they have been able to have a bulldog-experienced vet and 2 to 3 girls to help me revive puppies st their clinic within half an hour of my call. Dr Stretch's reputation with show breeders is so excellent that from other breeders' recommendations, I had recommended him to buyers and breeders for 20 years before I moved to that area and actually met him for the first time. The first time i called them for an emergency c-section I was not a client of their office as I lived 3 hours away, and without hesitation they said come right in, did an excellent job, and charged over a thousand dollars less than the downtown emergency clinic had charged a friend of mine a month before for the same procedure. I've used 4 of their vets and never had a complaint, and I'm hard to please! As an experienced breeder, they let me be with my dogs during the operation and let me help revive the pups as they come out, so I know first hand their equipment is top of the line, their staff is experienced and easy to deal with, and every member there has treated me and my dogs with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
