The staff is friendly enough and the place is comfortable, but if you leave while your clothes are drying they will stop the dryers so you waste your money. I put a load on for 75 minutes, I set my timer for an hour, I left for only 40 minutes, I should have had 35 minutes left, but when I came back my load was done. I was lucky that my clothes were mostly dry, but there were a couple damp pieces and I paid good money for that load! Do not leave your stuff unattended or they will mess with it.
I chose to do my laundry here because of the positive reviews I read when looking for a laundromat in Red Deer. If I ever need to go to a laundromat again or recommend one to others -this IS where to go! It is clean; inexpensive; has well maintained equipment and as an added bonus there is a wonderful couple (likely the owners) that work there. Such a positive experience ?

Since the management was replaced the service is bad! The stuff so rude they don't know how to give service! if you'll be just 1 step from them see you currying heavy laundry, they will never open the door for you! If the machine blew coins they'll refuse help, or you'll come late like few minutes before closing time. You'll see the face they will make& and gossip about you in their language! i will never come back!
