Not what I expected

As mentioned this firm just had too many slip-ups over the years and the lawyer surprised me with his call in judgement. Let's just say I'm being very diplomatic with the ratings which relate to errors by more than one member of this law firm and this one specifically. We moved our business elsewhere.
