Discovery Walk-In & Medical Clinic Ltd Dr Safa Beshai

I came to the clinic early and waited outside, I was the seventh person in line and I was administered for a doctor at 11 am, I left and came back for my appointment. I had arrived back at 10:58 and was inside the building to check back in and this lady right here told me to wait in line when there was no line , when all I was trying to do was check back in for my appointment. I thought she said to sit and wait to be called and I ended up waiting almost 2 hours to see a doc.What a waste of flesh

Am so pissed with these guys. Called about a tetanus shot she said come in. I said I was walking she said no problem I walked from morrisroe (east red deer) just for them to tell me they are full so have to go to hosp and they did nothing to fix it nor any apology. Bad patient care and no consideration at all it’s more like a production line than a clinic

Horrible receptionists. Unprofessional and uncaring. The blonde one is the worst.

Wonderful Staff and Doctors

Excellent service. Polite. Caring. Like any walk-in clinic waiting time can be long at times, but I love how we can leave and come back shortly before the expected appointment time. WAY better than waiting in ER!!

Also the doctor told me to "Hurry up and go pee in a cup." Ruuude. I also made it apparent to reception that I was not impressed with how rude they were and she of course tried being my best friend to prevent this much needed negative Yellow Pages Review. I work at a very busy clinic and I personally know what it can be like, however I would never, ever ever treat our patients the way I was treated there today. Can't imagine I'm the only one who has been treated this way!

Worst service I have ever received. Waited almost double the time I was quoted and everytime I asked how much longer they said 15 more minutes 3 times for an hour. Will never come back.
