Radisson Hotel & Convention Centre

I tried to book a room for my daughter without my being present & I was informed that I would need to sign a consent form & return it before they would accept my credit card information. I had my credit card in hand @ the time. There are in store systems to guard against fraud. We have one in my store. A corporation as large as this should be more diligent in their customer services.
