I took my moose to them on November 2 they butchered it on November 5 like what kind of butcher does this. Got sausage and pepperoni made they didn’t even wrap it when I told them to. The pepperoni I asked to be hot lol wasn’t even close and then charge me 900 for it. I do not recommend taking anything to them I no I never will again

I dropped a moose off to Onoway Packers. Tobias wrote down the cutting instructions on a piece of paper. I wanted 10% pork added to half of the ground meat. When I picked up my meat Tobias had added pork to all of the ground meat and denied that I told him otherwise. He showed the cutting instructions and his note that 1/2 the ground meat was to have pork. I asked to split the cost for the pork ($40 on the $80 paid). He said I need to pay for all of it. Don’t take a chance on Onoway packers.
