My grandfather wanted me to come along to be his interpreter in Cantonese. When I got there, the practitioner can speak Cantonese which help saves the day as my Cantonese isn't the best. She was really thorough and took the time to explain everything to my grandfather. The practitioner even did a follow up call to see if he's adjusting well to the hearing aid. We are very impressed with the service.
I have hearing loss. I found that the practitioner was professional, informative and compassionate. I was pleased with how thorough she was during the examination. The key to my satisfaction is patience. Patience during the selection process, fitting and subsequent adjustments, separates this clinic from the rest. This will be the only clinic I go to from now on. My wife has an appointment next week.
