My husband spent alot of money on a Tacori engagement ring. The staff is not knowledgeable-all questions & answers have to go through the owner. We have been very unhappy with the follow-up care of the ring. I asked twice for the white gold ring to be re-dipped as it was beginning to yellow & I was told it was not necessary. After the third ask, I was informed that my ring actually did need dipped but that their machine hasnt been hooked up for nearly a year so they had been lying.

I found an engagement ring I liked. So they wrote down the serial number for the ring and the price I would pay. Since I am a college student and my fiance is on disability, I was excited to finally find a ring. A couple days later, I went in to pay.. I even had the ring on my hand, then they stated it would be TWICE the price of what the previous person had quoted. They told me that they could not honor the price they quoted me. I tried to spend my money locally, I won't do that again.
