Overpromises and does not follow through. Couldn't even get a cleaning in because Jennifer doesn't remember to get back to a client, forgets appointments and has no back up plans if her workers are sick. Doesn't even offer to reschedule until threatened to cancel service. Completely unprofessional, indicative of what the service would most likely be too. I've had cleaners all my adult life with no hastle, this company is terribly unprofessional.
