One of the best used vehicles lot in the city, excellent management, very good prices prompt service and good warranties. I hilly re command it. Can't go wrong.
I had a great experience with 1St Canadian Auto in Edmonton. I live in Halifax and bought a Ford expedition for my large family. They replaced thousands of dollars of parts at no extra cost to me. Nova Scotia has a very strict inspection policy and when the vehicle arrived I was told it needed $800 in parts to pass inspection. One quick call to Lumis, at 1St Canadian, and I was told they would put it on their credit card. Also they shipped the car to Halifax for me at a great price. I probably called them 20 times in between transition of the Vehicle from Edmonton to Halifax and always received prompt and efficient help. These guys run a small shop but they are a stand up team. From sales team, to Ian in finance, to Lumis, in service, everyone was great. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great deal on a trustworthy ride. I paid $16000 for a 2013 Ford expedition. I have been looking for a year and the closest in comparison to the make, model, and year was 30000 so in my eyes I saved about $14000 with these guys which is why I am taking the time to write this review. I would like to give this place zero stars . I was guarenteed approval "" because I have not missed any payments and have been financing from them for almost two years . When they sold me the car I had to get over three thousand dollers in work done to make it road worthy . When the salesman told me I was guarenteed approval if I wanted to trade it in I drove from london ontario ... And when I arrived in town I was told they no longer wanted to do business with me .... Even though I met all the requirements they had asked . I would never reccomend this business to anybody !!!
