Extremely poor communication, promised deadlines not met over the span of ONE YEAR, yard left a mess and still charged tipping fee even though we did the majority of the clean up, shingle bundles dropped on the roof breaking interior items, interior items also damaged during exterior siding renos, left siding off for two weeks exposing insulation while we were on vacation, still left to be seen if he honors his warranties. Starts work then is a fight to get him to finish it.
