Toys "R" Us Southpark Village Mall

Website needs work stock is not up to date when it says they have stock it will not let you order it on line keeps kicking you out of the site. Tells you they are out of stock when the store does have inventory of the item when you call. This system does not work proficiently it sucks

Awesome customer service

We had a problem with our son's bike, and both the bike tech and the manger, Brandy, were exeptional. Will definiely return for our other children's bikes!
