Wouldn't it be nice to have a place where people can come together and feel at home and have all the amenities of an urban bistro & local hangout in one spot.Tiramisu-Lift Me Up!' Bistro.
The place looks nice and my waitress was friendly. I felt fine before I got there but a short while after I ate, I started feeling sick. Tummy troubles. I let my server know. Shortly after that I left the restaurant. Only a couple minutes away, I threw up on the side street. I called the restaurant and the manager did call me back the same day but adamantly refused to believe that the food made me ill. She suggested I was sick prior to coming to their restaurant. The food made me ill
Tiramasu Bistro has one of the most comprehensive child menus on this list. They have a range of options, from cheese pizza to fresh crêpes! Prices range from $6 to $11, and the space itself it welcoming for children – they have toys available in a special play area! Oh, did I mention the gelato milkshakes? Get ready for squeals of excitement!
The breakfast menu here is awesome during the week, but on Saturdays and Sundays the chefs kick it up a notch and add eggs Benedict to the list of available items. Their eggs benny comes on a croissant, with prosciutto, spicy Havarti, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. The regular menu includes cinnamon bun French toast, waffles, breakfast wraps and a variety of sweet and savoury crepes, including Napoli, Calabrese and Milano. For something unique, try their breakfast pizza, which consists of a red sauce, Italian sausage, bacon, eggs and mozzarella.
This café offers up an Italian twist to an old French favourite. The Calabrese Crêpe consists of eggs, mozzarella, prosciutto and Italian sausage. But the Milano Crepe stole my heart, with its cinnamon cream cheese mousse, fruit compote and maple syrup.
