Our Spence Diamonds experience started out great. They worked with my then boyfriend to get a great looking ring. Well, 3 years later the service is atrocious. The same issue of small diamonds falling out was warrantied twice, with the promise that a real solution would be found if it happened a 3rd time. Bought my wifes wedding ring here, got ring after 28 days, took it home and it looked terrible, gold covering diamonds no sparkle it was a joke, took it back they said sorry only 30 day return policy, (took them 28 days to make it), i kindly reminded them I was within the 30 day window, they refunded my money but gave me attitude. Their rings are as bad as their commercials, they depend on marketing not quality
Bought 2 Wedding Bands. The guy who sold me the ring never told me the policy.I sign a print out. Later that night decided I did not want it. I spoke with 3 sales repre. when they opened. they told me I had to pay for the ring at only a charge of $150 for one ring.
When in the same time I hung up the phone. Pheap San, the receptionist, charged me 2 wedding bands. Even when I explained I had spoken to 3 people on the phone. She was really rude about it. So upsetting.
The great radio advertisments and intial service convinced me to buy my finacee's engagement ring here. I knew I was paying more but thought the service was worth it. I was wrong. Don't be fooled by clever marketing. Go buy your ring somewhere else, because the promised followup service is below par.
