Parterre takes ad...

Parterre takes advantage of renters and charges absurd amounts of money for "move-in's" and "move-out's" even if you're moving units within your own current building! This money-grabbing fee is used to hire an onsite security guard... All of the duties Parterre claims the security guard is needed for can ALL be performed by the onsite property manager, especially when moving units within the same building. These fees are unnecessary and greedy. I would not recommend Parterre to anyone, ever.
