If you like a lack of communication, snarky emails, and no progress then certainly hire them.
- Talked to them on phone, home show, then through email, paid deposit and said start in September
- Talked to them mid August to ask a start date and they said they were behind (7 months to prepare obviously wasn't enough time to put in permits and have trusses ready to go)
- October 4th I finally got an email saying that they would tell me a start date the next Tuesday (never happened)
- rude emails asking if I wanted to stop someone else's build (no but wanting you to plan yes) and saying that they spoke to over 40 people a day and I couldn't expect them to email everyone back
- We cancelled our contract finally and it took us two months to get our deposit back and we were told they didn't have to as it was past the 30 day period of signing (they did, they were in breach, we talked to our lawyers)
Very happy with my new 26x36 garage. The demo was fast and clean . When the guys were done there was no cleanup for me to do. They fixed
my fence so my little baily (dog) did not get out of my yard. Thanks for the great job guys
