You repaired the bellows on our cuckoo clock and it is working beautifully. You also have a nice collection of clocks in your store. Your expertise in fixing clocks is a rare gift. Keep up the good work.

I wanted to support a local business. In the end I was ripped off and abused by the owner. He charged $30 for 1 x battery operated clockworks and refused to put it together when I brought in the clock. He walked away while I spoke to him, only returning to yell at me when I mentioned I should have paid attention to the negative reviews I read about him. No comments on the business-just his negative abuse towards customers. Save yourself the grief and don't shop at Monarch.

Owner is always polite and kind, store is clean, beautiful and neat. Have gone here over the years with never a bad experience, definitely will continue to support this small individual business over large businesses.
