Yes every time my family travels this company feeds us bad info resulting in last minute scramble to fix their incompetence. Just had to rush now and email to philippines airline authorizing my daughter to travel with her mom. My wife specifically asked if that was neede, maligaya said not required. Lucky i could be reached, my 15 year old would have lost her trip amd have to go back to edmonton alone.
