They serve a bevy of mason jar bellinis here, in a variety of cool flavours. The Razz combines Bacardi razz rum with raspberries, fresh mint, lime, simple syrup and soda, while the raspberry beer mojito uses the same ingredients but adds Alexander Keith’s into the mix. Another beer mojito is the grapefruit beer mojito, which sees Absolut citron vodka mixed with Stiegl Radler beer and all of the other traditional mojito fixings.
