We are a well-established home builder in the Edmonton area and had the misfortune of using Kitchen Guru on two occasions, both time were horrible experiences. We received nothing but false promises and although at first they appear to know what they’re doing, they are not able to deliver on their promises. Warranty work that should have been completed within a few hours took months and months of emails and frustration. We will never use Kitchen Guru again and we recommend to find somebody else

Ive been here 3 times. They don't come out to measure where you want cabinets, you have to bring in your measurements. Each time i went in, i brought the measurements with me, and each time they told me i would get a quote back within the week or soon. Im still waiting on those quotes. I even called and asked to speak to someone about the quote numerous times, and each time i was given the estimators personal number which he never answered. Nobody at the store was any help.
