This Vietnamese restaurant falls short when it comes to acknowledging special dietary restrictions. I informed the host that I do not eat pork and ordered the Spicy Beef (menu #21). However, she brought out Pho with a strong smell. When I asked her if it was strictly beef, she apologized for bringing the wrong order. You would think the kitchen staff would remake my Beef Pho, but unfortunately, that was not the case. They simply removed the pork from the broth and replaced it with beef.
