Horizon Condominium

Having lived here during a decade when it was well run by an annually approved group of mature volunteers, we saw all the advantages disappear when a young & inexperienced board ignored Horizon tradition by arbitrarily spending big money on common areas without owner consultation & hiring a property management firm specializing in accusation & threat. This uniquely engaging building is now reduced to the mediocrity of most corporately managed condos. Time will tell if it can rise again.
