The people at this Hertz company helped me out in a very stressful situation, especially Jackie. She really went above and beyond in contacting the insurance company of the person who hit me and helped to get the ball rolling on the claim. They also kept me in the loop at every step which really helped to alleviate the anxiety of not knowing what was going on with the claim. They were efficient and kind and helpful. it was a great experience dealing with them during a stressful time.
