Went to Fido Londonderry Mall, dealt with Joey (twice now). He's very arrogant. Seems to get annoyed quickly when asked for information. Will start off answering your question, but then says "Never Mind" and doesn't explain further. Should not really be working with customers. No issues with other staff, they've always been polite and informative. If you go there, try to deal with someone else, NOT with Joey.
