Esso Glenora

I was at an Esso location (12415, 102Ave Edmonton) today October 19. My wife fuelled the car and I took my son inside for the washroom. My 9 year old blind son with colitis was denied access to a washroom . The attendees said they couldn’t find the key. They didn’t look. They didn’t pretend to look. They just stared at us and said they can’t find the key. No fumbling or searching or looking through things. Just a straight up “we can’t find the key” Very frustrating. My son was in tears.
