Horrible Customer Service!!!!!

Wanted to book the limo bus for our wedding next fall after seeing it at Bridal Fantasy. Emailed the owner to find out the process of booking. His responses were short and not informative at all. The date we needed it for was available, but when I asked about signing a contract before putting a deposit down, he stopped responding. Called to talk to him about putting a deposit down. He couldn't hear me because it was too loud where he was. He said he would call me back (not asking for my number, so I'm assuming he was just going to use caller id). Never heard back from him. Called again a few days later and he said he had a couple of dates book already in the month of our wedding, and he would have to check his schedule to see if it was available. Still no call... We booked with a company who was very prompt and helpful in answering all of our questions. Within a week of our inquiry, we have already book an appointment to see the limo, signed a contract, and put our deposit down. Thanks for helping us find a much more professional company to deal with!!!
