City Tailor & Cleaners

I dropped off a suit to be dry cleaned. When I tried to pick it up it was badly damaged and it looks like heat or chemical burns on the pants and vest. I spoke to the owner, she denied any fault and said she sends them out to be dry cleaned. Then continued to argue they have never done this in 2 years, and my suit was old when it came in, and other red herring arguements. The bottom line I told her is she offered me a service to clean my suit and while it was in her custody. No resolution.
