It’s now open for lunch but this romantic French restaurant is best experienced at night, as that is when you will truly get the best view of downtown lit up. Prepare to stay for about an hour-and-a-half, as it takes 88 minutes to take a full turn around.

The restaurant, which has a fancy, formal atmosphere and French cuisine, does a full circle every 88 minutes. If you don’t get motion sickness, and would like to enjoy a bottle of your own wine from home with your meal, that’s an option. They offer BYOW with a $25 corkage fee but have a free corkage special Thursday evenings from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
