There’s a Red Seal chef behind the wheel (he also graduated from the NAIT culinary program), bringing his passion for Asian food to Edmonton. Asian accents range from Thai peanut butter and honey sriracha sauce atop hamburgers, to spicy coconut sauce on hot dogs and hoisin aioli and braised duck legs mixed in with crispy tater tots.
