Post Office Main

Huge thank you to both Roxanne and my mail carrier, currently stuck at home in isolation waiting for my code from EI. Mailbox was broken into and can’t go to the post office to get the new keys. Roxanne quickly came up with a solution to get me my new keys and arranged for my mail to be delivered to my home while I’m in isolation.

The post office in Devon,AB has been giving me the run around for 2 years. We as Canadians HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE FLYERS AND JUNK MAIL. I filled out the form but they keep leaving flyers instead of the NO FLYERS STICKER while every month at least one piece of mail gets lost. I went back to the post office and they lied to my face. Then I was told to call if it wasnt resolved but it is a fax number. Shamefully unprofessional, environment polluting, disrespectful way to treat customers.
