Charm Cleaners

Charm Cleaners is the worst dry cleaning company to deal with. They ruined my trousers & didn’t want to take responsibility, since garment shud have been washed not dry cleaned. Why didn’t they follow instructions on the label. Made it look it was my fault.Communication skills & customer service poorest I have ever dealt with. Surprised, still around. No business ethics/ etiquette. First experience was the worst. In fact, one star is too much for them. I give them - 10 Disappointed customer!!!

This is a terrible business with extremely poor customer service. They completely ruined a brand new expensive shirt that I brought in to have the sleeves hemmed on. They took up several cm's in the body of the garment because they seamstress was confused from the notes that the person working the front desk submitted. The worst part is - they didn't tell me. I found out when I got home and tried it on. I went back and they admitted their faults but would not refund my money or give me a credit.
