At your store in Bowness, staff accused a customer of stealing (based on 7 missing hangers). She accused the customer in front of the whole store, was loud and unprofessional and racially profiled this man. I was shocked. The customer emptied his bag, nothing there. The staff REFUSED to apologize, rather she tried to blame the wife for being offended and actually asked her to leave the store. Your staff need cultural sensitivity training! This is supposed to be a safe space. Women In Need,
