I always like shopping here. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. I can find pretty well whatever I need (though I wish they carried nails in bulk). Ive bought everything from lights to paint and area rugs and lumber. Returns are never a problem. By far the best prices on quality 9V batteries, too.

Please raise your store policies signage on the far left of the front door to eye level and put it on the actual front door where people come in. Unless you are 3 feet tall or looking down and left when you walk in you wont see it. I did not realize I was violating one of your policies because the sign only came up to my thigh and it was located in a very inconspicuous position. Staff were quite rude to me, without realizing I was violating the policy.

If I could give less than one star I would. My experience here started well enough I bought a chest freezer to be delivered. That was a week ago Sunday. Still no freezer, the first appointment was for Thursday, no freezer, then Saturday, no freezer, now Tuesday, no freezer. Each time I call I get put to a different dept, no one knows what to do! Tell the manager to rent a truck if he has to and service the store's clients. They've got my money why haven't I got my freezer?
