We shipped a Modified Jeep Cherokee for Whitehorse, YT to Calgary, AB. It was our sons first ever vehicle purchase. The service was great and Nancy was a pleasure to deal with. From the initial quote to the pickup in Whitehorse and the delivery into Calgary. Ship My Ride did everything to ensure a successful transaction. Great communications with both Nancy and dispatch, the Jeep arrived in the same great condition when it was loaded up in Whitehorse. The delivery time into Calgary was awesome.

xcellent service! Picked up at my home in Aurora and arrived in Whitehorse in record time. The email updates kept me advised of the status and the driver who delivered my car was great. Gave me a call ahead of time to arrange pick up the following morning and we met at a mutually convenient place. Highly recommend!

Terrible service! I shipped my pick up truck with this company from Calgary - Toronto. I dropped off my vehicle November 18 and was told it will arrive in Toronto within 4-7 days max. The customer service rep that I dealt with was Franklin and he assured me it will be there within a week for sure so I went ahead with this company. After a week and a couple days I got notified that my truck has arrived so I go to the location of where my truck was supposed to be and find out my truck is not there
I almost never leave reviews but this time I feel these guys deserve it big time. I had them move my brand new Vette since I was relocated at my job. I gotta say for a first time doing this I had a pretty good time, nice customer service, always listened to and answered my questions. Overall great experience. Without a doubt would recommend to friends and family. Thanks
After having two horrible experiences with car shipping companies in the past, I was really hesitant to ever ship anything again. ever. One of my friends recommended smr since he had used them in the past so I thought, why not? I just wanted to leave this review to say that the service was amazing! I am one of those customers who complains if something goes wrong but also like to praise when everything goes just as planned. The people where friendly and helpful I would definitely use them again.
I just got my 67 Mustang shipped to Calgary. I meant to leave this review earlier but hadn't had a chance. I chose Shipmyride because of the nice customer service I received and also the good time frames I was given. My car arrived in mint condition and I'm happy I didn't have to drive all the way here myself. Would definitely use them again.

I enjoyed the customer service very much.. The people who I had constant contact with were very kind and I could tell were making a true effort to take care of my needs. I had my Yukon shipped which I'm sure is no small task. Would definitely use them again.
Shipping was okay but due to a damage that was caused to my vehicle for which I wanted them to cover, they just declined my claim stating it is over 5 months. But actually I have been waiting to hear from them all this while because whenever I called it either went on voicemail which was never returned or they are working on getting me a second appointment with their workshop. I would beware other users to STRICTLY NOT USE SHIPMYRIDE for their pathetic customer service.
This past February I had to move my brand new Tesla to Calgary. For everyone who doesn't know, electric cars have a limited amount of recharges you can put into the battery so I decided to have it shipped instead of driving a thousand miles my self. Just gotta say these guys took care of my car like absolute BOSSES! OMG the customer service was awesome, I always knew where my car was and if I had any questions I just called them and bam! questions answered. Very professional in my honest opinion
Shipped my car from Toronto-Grande Prairie January 2015. They estimated that it would take around 7 days. It took 29 days!!!! Lots a of messages that the car will be arriving this or that day but never showed up, this happened at least 5 times. I phoned them every time and they came up with lies such as "the truck had brokem down"....They do not us there own trucks but rely on other trucks......the guy that eventually delivered my truck said that he had a lot of complaints about Shipmyride.
I really needed to transport my mazda 3 from Regina, SK to Calgary, AB. I had been looking for a car shipping company with an affordable price and what seemed to be a good service, but failed to find one until my friend recommended me ship my ride, he had done business with them before and he told me that they have really good prices so I decided to try them out. i was pretty nervous about shipping my truck at the beginning, i hada friend who suffered a bad experience with a car hauler and i was seriously thinking of driving it myself. When I requested a quote there was a really nice girl that helped me out and she continued contact with me until it was delivered. No damage, no crazy delays and their contact waited for me to get out of work to open the gate of their yard for me. Nice job, smooth process for a shipping that long (charlottetown- edmonton).
We had a Volvo SUV shipped in October 2013. It arrived with considerable damage. They initially talk like they are going to take care of it and make you get quotes and fax a claim in, and then the runaround starts. Their goal is obviously to tire people out. Their staff lies about having someone get back to you, their owner doesn't return calls. When we finally spoke to Manny he said they would take care of it...we just had us get more quotes, etc. And then the runaround starts again.
