CAUTION! Absolute gong show from start to finish. Sales rep was (and is) impossible to reach. Worst of all the unit I purchased was not available on the day of install! I even confirmed availability beforehand because I had a gut feeling with this company something was going to go wrong. I was offered a $200 Visa gift card in exchange for accepting a lower tier unit. Weeks later the gift card has not been delivered despite being told we would receive it on day of install.
