Don't purchase tickets through these guys if you want to be able to change your return flight -- they need someone (anyone, mind you) to come in person to re-book. Reason? "It's the rule... for security reasons"...
To change my mother's return flight, I had to drag my 1-yr old to this place during her nap time, on a 30 min drive, only to sit for 20 min waiting for the agent who booked the flight to finish with other clients.
But then, he never asked me for an ID or any verification questions.
