The flat rate for drain cleaning is something you could have told me on the phone. To not say is a bait and switch. Who would send him out after he was at my house. But you already know that. That’s why you don’t tell people and allow them to shop around. If you were confident in your services you’d say over the phone. Also why was there an environmental fee when no products were used just the auger. Shady business and high price. $345 for a simple drain clean is too much
