GO ANYWHERE ELSE would give the service department zero stars if i could sold me the wrong transmission fluid for my truck it put the truck into limp mode which caused the pcm to fail but they won’t cover the cost at all 1600 bucks out now just because I went to this ford dealership.
It is very disappointing to buy a car and find out later on that the sellers went far and beyond to hide the odor of smoke in the car. The service was not bad. But it was also very disappointing to pick up the car dirty when I get the keys after I bought it. They didnt detail the vehicle and they were 100% completely ok with handing in the vehicle in conditions where dirt was evident. Simply unacceptable practices and service. I do not recommend doing business here!
Replaced my fuel pump and now the fuel gauge is not working.Took it back three times.Said it was fixed but was not.Said tested the cluster on the first visit and said it was working. Now after the third time they decided it is the cluster (not sure if it even made it into the shop this time.Solved it in an hour when they couldn't the first time.Service manager said how do we know we broke it and that it was working when you brought it in" Now I am just a liar.. Stay away .... FAR FAR AWAY !!!!!

I was treated as a valued customer. My time was not wasted at all and I got very good service. I will definitely recommend Marlborough Ford to my friends and family because of their quality service.
I was unfortunate to have my heating system of F150 not working, they fixed it and right after that there was leakage in my radiator, they changed lower hose, then within a week there was leakage from upper hose. Fixed all up and probably the same day, check engine sign flashed. they checke it and fixed it saying that there was issue with plugs. I came home and now my truck won't start, keeps cranking for at least 6-7 times before it starts. This will cost me $500. Can this be just co-incident?

Excellent service. Found a minor problem and completed the repair before it became a major problem.
When I made the initial appointment for a recall . I wasn't told that my gas tank should be not full .. The young women that checked me in was awesome. My only issue was when they did the recall they moved my muffler and unfortunately my edge sounded like a German tank . Estimate to get fix 2000.00 . Had to get that fix cost me additional 517.00 on my day off . I thought it was in unfair that I had to pay for it .. Ford should have done it or paid half cause they moved it and it broke off
They did a wonderful job and had my car ready before they said it was suppose to be done. Friendly staff i liked the experience.

Did a great job especially since my Escape has a Pearl finish. When they handed over the keys, my car was cleaned also. I would recommend Marlborough Ford to all. While purchasing a new vehicle i always rely on the expertise of the dealership to inform me on what vehicle will fit my budget and my needs. While attending this dealership i had a great sales person by the name of Sean, he was very helpful and very informative when it came to the cars that they had to offer. He was able to provide us with a detailed description of the vehicles and what would work for us and our business. For my next vehicle i am looking forward to visiting this dealership again!
