Very good food. Friendly service.
The decor is awesome, I loved all the decorations, and felt as though I was in Mexico. The music playing in the background was upbeat and typical of many restaurants in Mexico. The food really had an authenticity to it. Having eaten in Mexico in a number of cities and communities outside of the tourist communities, I felt this cuisine best matched what I have experienced in Mexico. I will visit this restaurant many times in the future and take my family and friends there. I am hoping to find time on a Friday or Saturday evening to take in the live music as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Charming atmosphere, not a big place, quite an unassuming location in a strip mall and SO worth the visit. We started with complimentary chips with homemade pico de gallo (salsa) and mixed peppers/vegetables, all delicious with a slight heat on the back end of the taste. Our main dishes came quickly and were beautifully presented with just the right amount of rice and refried beans for a lunch portion. The beef chimichangas, in particular, were hot in temperature and delicately flavoured, mild heat and great texture with a light amount of salsa and a drizzle of sour cream that was absolutely perfect. My dining companion thorough enjoyed the 2 varieties of enchildas, one with a green tomatillo sauce and the other with a brown, sweet sesasme-based sauce. The strawberry daiquries were thick and refreshing with a fair bit of lime flavour to them. Very much looking forward to my next visit to this lovely little "hole in the wall" of a Mexican restaurant. Gracias!

Brightly painted in red, white and green, this is one cheerfully decorated cantina. Located at Macleod and 73rd under the Dollarama sign, Los Mariachis is riding the city’s welcome incoming wave of better Mexican food. The restaurant’s menu features familiar burritos and chimichangas as well as a house-signature mole chicken. Assorted tacos feature Mexi and SoCal styles, and the sharing platters are muy grande. Bilingual servers will take your order in English or Spanish.
