Not sure if Ike the owner knows Donna the manager permitted a dealer onto the 3rd floor of bldg or even cares .. There is often homeless using the stair wells to sleep ,get high or have sexual activites on and the building is dirty and smelly . Donna the manager refuses to confront intruders and tells tenants to call the police The front door has been fixed and refixed numerous times which tells a prospective tenant howe unsafe it really is . i would NOT recommend anyone moving in !
